We are so excited by the enthusiastic response to the release of our Woodland Wonders collection on September 14, 2018. A number of designs sold out within the first 24 hours, and several others followed over the course of the launch week.
We've had lots of people come to us saying that they were sad to have missed out on certain pieces, and they have asked us to restock them. In response to this, we decided to do a pre-order of your favorite designs.
As there is a limit to the number of pieces we can physically make, the number of pieces available for pre-order is also limited.
Please be aware that this is the last time that these pieces will be coming back for the foreseeable future. We have so many more designs that we are excited to show you, so please jump on the pieces that you want because this is your last chance!
Terms for the Woodland Wonders Collection Pre-order Sale:
The pre-order sale will be open from the 30th of September to the 6th of October, 11:59 pm AEST.
The time frame for production is as follows:

Why is Miss Dottie the Ladybug not available?
Miss Dottie was a really fun design, but due the pieces required to construct each pin, we found that she was sending us a bit dotty during the making process! She may come back at a later date with design changes to facilitate an easier production process, but for now she is retired and will not be available.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a way for us as a small business to supply the correct amount of our pieces to our customers. It removes the guess work of production, and the problems of making too little or too much stock through the customers determining how many pieces sell.
The process works like this: we put up designs for sale by pre-order. Our customers purchase their desired pieces, and when we reach a limit - either the number of pieces we are able to produce by the planned fulfillment date, or the end date of the pre-order sale, the sale finishes.
After the pre-order closes, we order the supplies to make up the amount of pieces that have sold, and then they are made up and shipped out according to the time frame laid out in the pre-order terms.
Refunds & Returns
Each brooch has a 100% quality guarantee. If you are at all unhappy with the quality of the product when it arrives, it is returnable for a full refund.
Please email customer service at email@example.com to arrange the return.
Shipping & Handling
Please remember that a pre-order is purchasing products that have not yet been created, so there will be a time after your order is made where the products are being produced before the order can be fulfilled and shipped out.
We will do our best to provide updates and open communication on the status of your pre-order pieces so that you know where we are at every step of the way.
We will send out an email when the order is fulfilled confirming your tracking number.
Although we are Australian owned and made, we are currently located in Thailand. Please allow for 10 working days to receive your parcel in the post. If you are in the U.S.A or New Zealand, please be advised your parcel may not arrive for up to a month due to the Thai Postal system.
If you wish to have your purchase arrive with Express shipping for any reason, please get in touch with our customer service and we can arrange for DHL or FedEx delivery. This option will come at an extra postage cost.
We will combine orders if they are addressed to the same name and address.
Please email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will refund any excess postage, and combine the orders.
Is there a limit to the number of each design that I can order?
We currently have a limit of 2 per design as we want everyone to have a chance to get something. This is because we are 100% handmade, and we can only make limited quantities of each product.
Currently the cart will not prevent you from ordering more than 2 of a design. However we will not fulfil more than 2 of any design per customer. Customers ordering more than 2 of a design will of course be refunded for the extra items which aren't fulfilled.
