This is a special fund raising preorder and as such, has a different terms and conditions to a standard Teacup Girl release or preorder. Please read the information on the home page and FAQ before pledging.
Product Information
Teacup Girl pieces are created to be one-of-a-kind, miniature, wearable artworks. Each one is carefully designed by Australian artist, Bonita E. J. Vear, and is set free with the hope of adding a smile and a touch of whimsy to your day.
Every individual piece is meticulously hand painted and hand assembled with care. As such, they are limited in number and will not always be available for sale.
Please be aware all products will differ slightly due to variations in acrylic and the nature of handmade, artisan pieces.
Colours will be represented as accurately as possible, but there will be variations on different screens.
All brooches come with rolling, c-lock safety pin back unless in the small pin category which features an easy to use c-clasp pin back.
Designs come securely packaged in our original Teacup Girl gift boxes, or securely pinned to a backing card with appropriate protection.
Manufactured Items
Teacup Girl is bringing some special items into the shop specifically for this fund raising campaign in collaboration with milkcup studio.
These items are not made in the Teacup Girl studio, but with manufacturers in China. We are working closely with trusted and established companies to bring you the best quality merchandise that we can produce.
Fund Raising Pledge Refunds & Returns
This is a fund raiser and will be treated as such - all pledges as of the 14th of March, 12:00am 2021 will be considered final and nonrefundable as the funds will immediately be used to finance the laser cutting machine, equipment and production supplies.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT COULD TAKE UP TO SIX MONTHS FOR YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE FROM THE DATE THAT WE START SHIPPING PLEDGE ORDERS
We have never done a preorder with no limitations before, and we will do our best to handle all fulfillment in a timely manner. We will keep you updated in the Teacup Girl Official Facebook Group as we go along so that you know exactly where we are up to.

*Please note that international shipping rates and time frames are affected by Covid19 worldwide and we can not guarantee any arrival dates. Please be aware international destinations will have long mail delays from Australia.
IMPORTANT: Shipping to the United Kingdom
Due to the new implementation of VAT regulations we are unable to process and ship any pledge orders under the value of £135 GBP. If you still wish to pledge under that amount we will happily combine shipping as long as the value of the goods being sent is over £135, postage is not included in this amount.
Please send an email confirming the pledge order numbers and the address to which the order is to be delivered within two business days of making the pledges.
ANY PLEDGES OVER £135 CAN BE PROCESSED but will be subject to VAT and import duties upon receiving the parcel.
Afterpay & Zippay
- Afterpay's terms and conditions do not allow us to register to use the service with our fund raising preorder.
- Zip Pay mobile app has a generate "single use card" feature that allows you to set up a single use card to make payment. You can use the details of this card to purchase your order with Zip Pay.
- Paypal also has a "Pay in 4" option you can select at checkout to make four interest free payments - one every two weeks. This option is available after selecting Paypal in check out, then selecting "Pay Later" and choosing "Pay in 4"
